The concept of TPB was borne after spending many years at other planning consultancies and taking on board what was good and what was bad, embracing the good things.

To ensure we present the best case for your proposal and maximise the chances of gaining planning permission, all our consultants are Chartered Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute, which means that your consultant is bound by the RTPI's Code of Professional Conduct that applies to all of their professional activities. The Code dictates that every member acts with competence, honesty and integrity, and exercises independent professional judgement at all times. Values we expect of all our consultants.
We only have ambitious and motivated planning consultants, who choose to live, work and sleep planning. We are not here simply to collect a fee, we genuinely want to win and hate to lose.
